My Test Has Not Arrived Or Is Damaged
We are sorry to hear you are having problems with your test kit.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday – Sunday) are sent same day dispatch for delivery the next day* via DPD.
DPD will provide tracked delivery and you can contact DPD to notify them of a safe place to leave their parcel, arrange an alternative delivery address or collect from a Lloyds Pharmacy, Morrisons or Matalan.
Delivery should occur the day after postage. Your delivery may occur later in the day. Please allow the full day before contacting us.
