2 Types of Service
We offer a private testing service for travel, screening and diagnostic services. All of our tests are CE marked for in-vitro diagnostics and are similar to those used by the NHS/PHE.
If you are taking the test for travel purposes, it is the responsibility of the traveller to understand the entry requirements for the destination country. Our customers have travelled to many countries on our certificates without issue but we are unable to provide individual country specific advice.
If you have to take a test a certain amount of time prior to departure, you should look to organize that test as soon as possible within the time frame.

Home Testing Kits
All orders must be placed online.
Order before 2pm (Monday – Sunday) for same day dispatch to receive your test kit the next day* via DPD. DPD will provide tracked delivery and customers can contact DPD to notify them of a safe place to leave their parcel, arrange an alternative delivery address or collect from a Lloyds Pharmacy, Morrisons or Matalan.
Each test kit contains everything you need to take your sample, including detailed instructions to make this a simple process. Each test kit will need to be registered on our website prior to use so that we can track your unique sample specimen ID to your personal data.
During this registration process, individuals can add all the required information to be printed on your laboratory certificate to make this a COVID free certificate for travel including DOB, Passport number and the time and date of the test sample.
The customer can choose to return the sample by a means appropriate to their plans. Each kit includes a prepaid Royal Mail TRACKED 24 bag which, through posting in a priority post box, Royal Mail aims to deliver back to us the next working day (see Royal Mail website for further details, their terms of service and service status). Where time is more critical, we suggest returning the sample via one of our drop box locations (no additional cost), arranging one of our dedicated door to door couriers (for additional cost) or the customer can make their own arrangements. In any case, we provide no guarantee and are not liable for any delays or costs due to late return of kits to the laboratory.
The laboratory operates 7 days per week. Samples are typically turned around within the guide turnaround time for each product.

Click, Collect, Swab, Drop & Test
All bookings must first be placed online.
The service is completely self-service. When you make a booking online, you will receive a download link to click and collect instructions. Test kits are available immediately after purchase.
When you arrive at our testing centres collect your test kit from the collection area. Return to your vehicle or use one of the booths (if available) to carry out the test. Register your test kit online using our website. It is important to register your test kit as it connects your unique test kit number to your personal data.
During this registration process, individuals can add all the required information to be printed on your laboratory certificate to make this a COVID free certificate for travel including DOB, Passport number and the time and date of the test sample. Following registration you will receive an email proof of test for your records.
Follow the simple instructions and take your test. Once complete, deposit your swab into the returns drop box.
The drop box is emptied a number of times per day, 7 days per week and you can expect results reported via email typically within the service turnaround guide.
