If you have sent your samples to our laboratory via our prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 24 returns service, you will have recorded the Royal Mail tracking number during your test kit registration process (you will have an email receipt of this submission). This will allow you to track your sample on its journey back to the laboratory by taking the tracking number and clicking here.
Any service updates that may effect our turnaround time will be displayed in the website banner. Please check if a service update is in force. The service update information takes precedence over all other information on the website.
We receive mail Monday - Saturday. All samples received through Royal Mail are processed by 12 noon that day and results are typically being processed within 24 hours but some may take upto 30 in busy periods. Please only contact us after these time periods have elapsed.
We appreciate that our patients are anxious for speedy return of testing results however we are unable to prioritise individual results given the high number of samples we process.
Samples are batched through our laboratory process in racks of 92. This means that two samples returned together may turnaround in different times.
Occasionally individual samples or entire batches may require retesting which will increase the turnaround time beyond the 24 hours. This occurs in a small number of cases and can't be helped. Where possible, we shall try to notify you of any delay in returning sample results and advise of an expected result time.
If 30 hours has elapsed from delivery of sample to our laboratory, please click here.
